What is it prescribed for?
- Steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditionsThis medicine is used for the treatment of postoperative eye conditions (swelling, redness, pain, etc.) which are responsive to steroids and where bacterial infections or risks of bacterial infections exist.
- Steroid-responsive inflammatory auricular conditionsThis medicine may be used for the treatment of inflammatory conditions of the ears (swelling, pain, redness, etc.) where bacterial infections or risks of bacterial infections exist.
Zoxan-D Eye/Ear Drops is a combination medicine indicated for the treatment of postoperative eye conditions (swelling, pain, redness, etc.) which are responsive to steroids and where bacterial infections or risks of bacterial infections exist. This medicine is not recommended for use in patients less than 18 years of age. It may also be used to treat certain infections of the ear canal caused by susceptible bacteria.
