Step-by-Step Payment Guide

Go to Wise.com and Create an Account
Visit wise.com and sign up for free
Step 1
Go to wise.com and click "Create an Account". Registration is free. You will need a valid email address to sign up.

Log In and Create a New Transfer
From your Wise dashboard, click the + New tile

After logging in, on your Home dashboard click the "+ New" tile (highlighted with the arrow) to start a new transfer.

Search for India as Destination
Type India in the country search box

A popup will ask "Where do you want to send?" — type India in the search box and click the India option when it appears.

Select India from Search Results
Click on India from the results

Click on India from the search results (not British Indian Ocean Territory).

Set Amount, Currency and Payment Method
Set both currencies to USD and enter your invoice amount

  • Set "You send exactly" currency to USD
  • Set "Recipient gets" currency also to USD
  • Enter the invoice amount from your order
  • Click "Change" to select Credit / Debit Card as payment method

Both currencies MUST be USD — do not change to INR or any other currency.

Add Recipient – Choose Bank Details
Select the Bank details option

Click "Add recipient" then choose "Bank details" (bank icon, as shown by the arrow). Do NOT use "Find on Wise".

Select Business or Charity as Recipient Type
When asked Who is your recipient

Select "Business or Charity" (as shown by the arrow) — you are paying a registered business account.

Fill in the Bank Details
Enter Business name, SWIFT code, Account number and address exactly

Fill in exactly as shown:

Fill Address and Click Continue
City, address, postcode then Continue

Then click the green "Continue" button.

Select Transfer Reason and Continue
Choose Pay for goods and services

Select "Pay for goods and services" from the dropdown and click Continue.

Verify Identity and Complete Payment
Quick one-time ID verification — then you are done

Wise will ask you to verify your identity (one time only):
  • Scan the QR code with your smartphone camera, or
  • Send a verification link to your email and open it on your phone

Once verified, your payment will be processed and you are done!
After Making Payment

What Happens Next?

Send us your payment receipt — please email a screenshot or PDF of your Wise transaction confirmation to [email protected] or send via WhatsApp.

Order verification — as soon as we confirm the payment is received in our account, your order will be dispatched immediately.

Tracking ID — you will receive your Tracking ID within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Important Notice

PLEASE ONLY MAKE ACCOUNT TRANSFER — NOT CASH PICKUP.
Ensure payment is received in USD only. Always mention your Order Number in the payment reference / notes field when making the transfer.
