BIOSUGANRIL TABLET belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It is a fixed dose combination of aceclofenac, paracetamol and serratiopeptidase. BIOSUGANRIL TABLET is used to relieve pain and inflammation caused by bone or soft tissue damage, to address postoperative inflammation, edema (swollen tissue with fluid) and pain. Aceclofenac works by blocking the action of an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) that causes pain and swelling in injured or damaged tissue. Paracetamol acts as a mild analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer), increasing the analgesic effect of aceclofenac. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme that helps break down a protein (fibrin) formed as a byproduct of blood clotting at the site of an injury. Thus, it thins the fluid around the injured site, making it easier for the fluid to drain into the swollen tissue. Pain may be temporary (acute) or permanent (chronic). Acute pain caused for a short time due to damage to muscle tissue, bones, or organs. While chronic pain lasts for a lifetime due to nerve damage, osteoarthritis and toothache are caused by damage to the tooth nerve, infection, tooth decay, tooth extraction or trauma. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, upset stomach, etc. However, if side effects persist, contact your doctor. Try not to stop taking this medicine on your own. Do not take BIOSUGANRIL TABLET if you are allergic to pain relievers such as aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen or diclofenac. It is not recommended to be used through youngsters.
