Precautions of Rofaday Tablet:

Before taking roflumilast, inform your healthcare provider if you have:

•     A history of depression or suicidal thoughts

Roflumilast may cause weight loss. Regular monitoring of weight is recommended during treatment. If significant weight loss occurs, consult your healthcare provider.

Uses of Rofaday Tablet:

Roflumilast is prescribed to decrease the risk of COPD exacerbations in patients with severe COPD associated with chronic bronchitis and a history of exacerbations. It is not intended for the relief of acute bronchospasm or as a rescue medication.

Side Effects of Rofaday Tablet:

Common side effects of roflumilast may include:

• Diarrhea
• Nausea
• Dizziness
• Headache
• Back pain
• Decreased appetite
• Uncontrollable shaking of a part of your body

Some side effects can be serious. If you experience any of the following symptoms, call your doctor immediately:

• Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
• Depression
• Thinking about harming or killing yourself, or planning or trying to do so
• Extreme worry
• Agitation
• Changes in mood
