Mucopain Gel be appropriate to a group of medications called local anesthetics and is used to reduce pain and discomfort related with mouth ulcers, ulcers, mouth frustration, minor skin irritations, sore throat, vaginal or rectal irritation, sunburn, hemorrhoids (piles) and ingrown toenails. Mucopain Gel contains "benzocaine", which blocks pain signals from nerves to the brain, thus numbing the area and relieving pain. Mucopain Gel numbs the skin or surfaces in the mouth, throat, nose, vagina, or rectum to reduce pain when a medical instrument, such as a tube or scope, is inserted during a colonoscopy or endoscopy. Take Mucopain Gel as directed. It is recommended to use Mucopain Gel as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you according to your condition. In some cases, you may experience some common side effects such as redness, peeling, stinging, burning or itching. Maximum of these side effects do not necessitate medicinal attention and will slowly disappear over time. However, you should consult your doctor if you experience these side effects continuously. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using Mucopain Gel. Do not use Mucopain Gel in extra doses or on a large area of skin for a long time. Mucopain Gel is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Talk to your doctor if your condition does not improve even after a week of using Mucopain Gel. Directions for Use

The topical form of Mucopain Gel is for external use only. Clean and dry the affected area. Take a pea-sized quantity on your finger and put on straight to the pretentious area. If Mucopain Gel grows into the eyes, rinse directly with water. Wash your hands before and after using Mucopain Gel tablets: Put Mucopain Gel in your mouth and let it dissolve slowly; do not chew, crush or swallow. Liquid: take the prescribed dose/amount with the measuring cup provided in the package; shake the package well before use.

Drug interactions: Mucopain Gel can interact with pain relievers (acetaminophen) and antibiotics (cotrimoxazole).

Drug-Disease Interactions: Mucopain Gel may interact with methemoglobinemia (high methemoglobin levels), glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency, asthma, bronchitis, breathing disorders, lung disease, heart, kidney or liver disease.
