Eprisan SR Capsule belongs to a group of medicines known as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) that are used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with migraines, muscle aches, toothaches, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoarthritis, gout, strains and sprains. Pain is an unpleasant sensation and emotional revel in associated with tissue damage. Eprisan SR Capsule contains diclofenac which works by blocking the action of an enzyme called cyclo-oxygenase (COX) that produces prostaglandins that cause pain and inflammation. Thus, Eprisan SR Capsule relieves pain and inflammation. Take Eprisan SR Capsule as prescribed. In some cases, Eprisan SR Capsule may cause stomach pain, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and indigestion, loss of appetite, headache and dizziness. Most of these Eprisan SR Capsule side effects do not require medical attention and should gradually disappear over time. However, if side effects persist, contact your doctor. Tell your doctor before taking Eprisan SR Capsule if you have a stomach ulcer, stomach bleeding, severe heart failure, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease. Consult your physician in case you are pregnant, making plans to come to be pregnant or are breast-feeding. Eprisan SR Capsule may cause dizziness; so only drive if you are sober.
