Precautions

Before taking Sildoheal, inform your doctor if you:

• Have low blood pressure or a history of fainting
• Have severe kidney or liver disease
• Are taking medications for erectile dysfunction or high blood pressure
• Have planned cataract or glaucoma surgery (Sildoheal may cause intraoperative floppy iris syndrome)

Who should NOT take Sildoheal:

• Women and children
• Patients with severe liver impairment
• Patients allergic to Silodosin or any capsule ingredients

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how Sildoheal affects you, as it may cause dizziness.

Uses

Sildoheal (Silodosin) is prescribed for:

• Relief of urinary symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH)
• Difficulty in starting urination
• Weak urine stream or dribbling
• Frequent or urgent need to urinate (especially at night)
• Incomplete emptying of the bladder

Note: Sildoheal does not shrink the prostate but helps reduce the symptoms of BPH. It is not used for treating prostate cancer.

Side Effects

Like all medicines, Sildoheal can cause side effects. Most are mild to moderate and improve with continued use.

Common side effects:

• Dizziness or lightheadedness (especially when standing up quickly)
• Nasal congestion or runny nose
• Retrograde ejaculation (release of semen into the bladder instead of through the penis)
• Headache

Serious side effects (rare):

• Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling, breathing difficulty)
• Priapism (prolonged or painful erection) – requires immediate medical attention
