Before taking fesoterodine fumarate, inform your doctor if you have:

• Narrow-angle glaucoma
• Urinary retention
• Gastrointestinal disorders causing slowed digestion
• Liver or kidney disease

Avoid activities requiring clear vision or alertness until you know how the medication affects you. Limit alcoholic beverages, as they can increase dizziness. 

• Overactive Bladder (OAB): Helps reduce urinary urgency, frequency, and urge incontinence.
• Urge Urinary Incontinence: Prevents unintentional urine leakage by controlling bladder contractions.
• Nocturia: Reduces frequent urination at night, improving sleep quality.

Common side effects include:

• Dry mouth
• Constipation
• Dry eyes
• Blurred vision
• Dizziness

Serious side effects may occur, such as:

• Severe stomach pain
• Difficulty urinating
• Allergic reactions (e.g., rash, swelling)

If any severe side effects occur, contact your healthcare provider immediately. 

How should I take fesoterodine fumarate?
Take it once daily with water, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole; do not crush or chew it.

What should I do if I miss a dose?
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it's near the time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Can I stop taking fesoterodine fumarate if I feel better?
Consult your healthcare provider before discontinuing the medication, even if symptoms improve.
