Kryxana Tablet (Ribociclib)
Kryxana Tablet contains Ribociclib, an oral targeted therapy used in combination with hormone treatment for HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer, working by inhibiting CDK4/6 proteins to slow cancer cell growth and progression.
Introduction Of Kryxana Tablet (Ribociclib)
Kryxana is a brand name of ribociclib, an anticancer medicine. Ribociclib belongs to a group of medicines called CDK 4/6 inhibitors (Cyclin-Dependent Kinase inhibitors).
It works by blocking certain proteins (CDK4 and CDK6) that help cancer cells grow and divide. By blocking these proteins, the medicine slows down or stops the growth of cancer cells.
It is taken orally (by mouth) as tablets, usually in cycles (for example, 21 days on treatment followed by 7 days off, as prescribed by a doctor).
