How it works

Chloramphenicol is a potent broad spectrum antibiotic which has activity against many types of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It works by killing or slowing the growth of sensitive bacteria. Dexamethasone belongs to a group of medicines called corticost***ds. It prevents late phase allergic reactions by preventing release of chemicals responsible for allergy.
